Added code support for Hantech Climate A016-09KR2

Codes are the same as for model A018-12KR2, but missing "mid" mode.
The AC unit itself has "dumb" remote control (without display) - with temperature +/- button (not specific), change speed (low/high) and not sending it together. Therefore used codes from the advanced model. Although this unit can set up to 30 degrees - codes are only up to 25.
If needed, i can provide codes from that dumb remote.
