Added support for climate Mitsubishi Electric, model "MSX09-NV II"

Note1: "dry" mode doesn't have temperature choice, so same code was copied for all temperatures.
Note2: "fan_only" mode when selecting fan in auto mode, doesn't have temperature choice, so same code was copied for all temperatures.
