Add support for FCQ100KAVEA AC (#890)



* Add support for FCQ100KAVEA AC

- The fan only modes are the same at every temperature
- Swing on/off
- The dry mode on this AC doesn't seem to run the fan (or even have an
  option for it on the remote), I'm not sure exactly what it's doing so
  I haven't included it

Probably works with other ACs in the FCQ series, but I haven't tested.

* Rename 1114.json to 1116.json
