Create 1200.json

Codes for Pace TDS850N set-top box ( I also have working codes for other buttons on the remote which SmartIR does not support). Models supported are Sky TV NZ MySky HDi and Foxtel IQ2. The remote used for these boxes should also with other Sky TV NZ set-top boxes (such as original MySky, MySky+, Sky standard non-PVR box, and 2016 MySky box  Kaon NS1120) and may work with other Foxtel boxes. 

I have only setup the first 11 channels. Uses can setup there own channels that they commonly use using the codes for channels 0 to 9. e.g. Channel 35 would be the codes for channel 3 and 5.
