Gree IRhvac protocol-based codes for MQTT controller 

These are the codes for the Gree family of air conditioners, which can be remote controlled easily using simple IR blasters with Tasmota firmware through MQTT.
Tested and working perfectly here on 3 different units with separate IR blasters (Geeklink) running Tasmota v6.7.1.
